We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Specialist to support and execute UAS’ marketing initiatives across the US market, with a primary focus on Houston, Texas. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market growth within the aviation sector. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing strong expertise in digital marketing, content development, and campaign management within a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the US market, including digital, email, and content marketing initiatives. Support lead generation activities aligned with commercial objectives, working closely with the sales team. Manage and optimize digital channels including websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid media. Create high-quality, engaging content (copy, visuals, and basic video) tailored to US audiences and platforms such as LinkedIn and Google. Oversee and grow UAS’ presence across key social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM systems; optimize campaigns based on insights. Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the US aviation and business travel sectors. Support the planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities in the US. Collaborate with global marketing and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy. Stay updated on US market trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B, aviation, or related industries. Candidate must be based in Houston, Texas, and be a native English speaker. Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and email campaigns. Proven ability to drive lead generation and campaign performance in the US market. Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot/CRM systems, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta platforms. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
