Performix Business Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, working autonomously to drive customer engagement and retention strategies. This role covers the Director of Lifecycle Marketing during maternity leave, requiring strong strategic thinking, independent execution, and cross‑functional collaboration with the Director of Brand and Director of Product.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, startup culture and to be resilient
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle campaign strategy and execution, including email and SMS programs across multiple customer segments (consumers, installers, and partners)
Own and execute a monthly email newsletter program, creating personalized content for unique audiences across lifecycle stages to engage and nurture them with educational content on home electrification
Independently manage campaign production: write high‑performing email and SMS copy, collaborate with the design team on creative assets, conduct quality assurance, and deploy campaigns through our email and SMS service providers
Drive customer engagement and retention strategy in partnership with Directors of Brand and Product, identifying opportunities and developing campaign roadmaps
Optimize email performance through systematic A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, design elements, and send strategies
Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships across multiple levels, facilitating timely feedback and approvals while managing competing priorities
Analyze and report on campaign metrics, translating data insights into actionable recommendations and making tactical decisions to improve performance
Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications autonomously, escalating only when strategic input is needed
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing with demonstrated progression of responsibilities
Proven track record of working independently and managing marketing programs with minimal oversight
Experience with marketing automation platforms; strong proficiency with HubSpot required
Advanced skills in email segmentation, personalization strategies, and audience targeting
Experience with copywriting and editing, including leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality
Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance big‑picture planning and tactical execution
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Advanced analytical capabilities with experience using data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Periscope, or similar) to drive decision‑making
Creative problem‑solver who can navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs
Ability to collaborate effectively with brand and product teams on messaging and positioning
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
Passion for clean energy and home electrification a plus
