What will you be doing?
Prospect and recruit dental, vision, therapy, and medical providers into the network
Conduct outreach and negotiate contracts with providers and large groups
Run geographic access reports and perform market analysis to identify network gaps
Maintain provider relationships and ensure compliance throughout the contracting process
Educate providers on reimbursement models and portal functionality
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1+ year of experience in provider relations, network management, or sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
