(BDR) focused on outbound/cold lead generation, making a measurable, immediate impact on IPR's growth. You will have a direct line to the President, who brings a wealth of experience from venture‑backed robotics start‑ups, offering an unparalleled opportunity for personal growth and career acceleration. The success of this role will be defined by your ability to build and convert a consistent pipeline of new business.

General Requirements & Information

Location: in-person, Hybrid, or Remote depending on the candidate

2-3 years experience in cold outreach with some track record of success

90-Day Priorities: The Foundation

Product Mastery: Rapidly learn IPR’s core product lines (Grippers, Tool Changers, Load Limiters, RTUs, etc.) and high-level capabilities.

Market Intelligence: Understand IPR’s customer profiles and target markets within the automation industry.

Outreach Launch: Begin aggressive outbound and cold outreach activities to generate new customer potential.

12-Month Success Definition: The Goal

Consistent Pipeline: Successfully generate a steady weekly pipeline of lead‑to‑deal conversions (10-15 qualified opportunities per week).

Growth Accelerator: Become a major factor in accelerating IPR’s growth and profitability, relieving current internal pressures on lead generation and new projects.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

Hard Work Ethic: A demonstrated desire to outwork co‑workers and the capacity for high performance.

Cold Outreach Competency: Proven capability and confidence in effective cold outreach strategies (Phone, Email, LinkedIn).

Self‑Motivated & Resilient: Can handle direction and course correction, is self‑motivated, and is willing to figure out how to navigate closed doors and gatekeepers without needing constant follow‑up.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Base Salary based on desired experience: $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience, negotiable for higher experienced candidates. On Target $85,000–$110,000

Bonus/Commission: based on a combination of hitting individual targets, company targets, and discretionary performance.

Key Benefits: 401k match up to 4%, HSA with employer contribution, 100% IPR Company funded healthcare after 1 year of employment.
