Seeking a seasoned Corporate Recruiter for a high‑visibility, hybrid role in Downtown Nashville. We require a polished professional with broad functional expertise and a concierge‑level approach to managing complex, multi‑level requisitions and C‑suite stakeholder relationships.
How you will contribute As a
Talent Advisor , you will serve as a strategic and consultative partner to our client’s key stakeholders and hiring managers. You are ultimately responsible for the fulfillment of requisitions, taking full accountability and ownership of results to ensure client needs and market conditions are met. You will collaborate with global colleagues—including sourcing specialists and centers of expertise—to execute talent strategies that produce quality hires.
Your typical day includes
Consulting with stakeholders: Performing intake calls to clarify positions beyond the job description and managing expectations regarding timelines.
Strategy execution: Acting as an advisor on sourcing strategies and gathering market intelligence to share with hiring managers.
Pipeline management: Managing the candidate pool, including internal, ad response, and direct sourced candidates.
Candidate engagement: Using influence and persuasion to sell opportunities, extending offers, and negotiating to final acceptance.
Performance tracking: Monitoring your performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Your responsibilities include
Serving as the single point of contact for hiring managers on all assigned requisitions.
Evaluating and reprioritizing employment branding strategies.
Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility based on resumes and interviews.
Building qualified candidate profiles and presenting slates to meet client deliverables.
Protecting the candidate experience and fostering strong partnerships across boundaries.
Your background
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as a primary point of contact.
Sourcing expertise: Minimum of 5 years in a candidate generation role with a proven track record of hiring success.
Environment: Experience in high‑pressure, urgent recruiting environments (e.g., RPO, search firm, or agency).
Key capabilities
Technical proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM systems.
Strategic thinking: Ability to translate functional/technical hiring needs into effective candidate generation strategies.
Communication: Proven ability to build productive relationships and consult with all levels of an organization.

The base salary range for this position is $79,040‑$86,000. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non‑exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
