A financial services firm operating in the Capital Markets & Investment Banking sector focused on debt, equity and structured-product execution, distribution, and post-trade operations. The role supports transaction origination, pricing, and client execution across corporate and structured-finance products. This is a hybrid role based in the United States.
Must Haves
Drafting and reviewing registration statements, prospectuses, and offering documents for debt and equity offerings.
Preparing and filing SEC periodic reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
Managing the full due diligence process for capital markets transactions.
Advising a diverse client base, from mid-cap issuers to investment banks, on corporate governance and SEC compliance.
Running deals from initiation to closing with significant autonomy and direct partner mentorship.
Role & Responsibilities
Support execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions: prepare term sheets, offering documents, pricing memoranda, and syndication materials.
Build and maintain financial models and pricing tools for valuation, sensitivity analysis, and scenario testing to support deal decisions.
Monitor market activity and maintain pricing and benchmark datasets using Bloomberg and Refinitiv; produce market commentary and deal‑strike analysis.
Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and internal approvals—liaise with legal, compliance, syndicate, and ratings teams to drive timely closings.
Prepare investor and client‑facing materials; support roadshows, manage CRM updates, and maintain pipeline and syndication reports.
Manage trade lifecycle tasks and settlement support, assist with regulatory reporting, and prepare transaction closing checklists.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record supporting capital markets transactions, deal execution, or syndicate operations.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting and documentation for U.S. securities transactions.
