Overview
PHILANTHROPIC PARTNERSHIPS & DONOR RELATIONS LEAD Commission-Based | Hybrid | Partnerships & Strategic Philanthropy Division | Now Open Can you turn purpose into partnerships and generosity into growth? We're seeking a Philanthropic Partnerships & Donor Relations Lead to help scale our impact-driven funding initiatives across the JPGE Leadership Institute for Strategic Growth and its global programs. You’ll connect with foundations, CSR leaders, and high-net-worth donors to build transformational funding alliances that power our mission and accelerate measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Develop, pitch, and close high-value philanthropic partnerships and major gifts.
Build and manage relationships with foundation officers, CSR executives, and major donors.
Design creative donor engagement strategies and giving opportunities aligned with JPGE initiatives.
Collaborate with grant writers and program leads to align funder priorities with division needs.
Maintain CRM records, stewardship plans, and relationship follow-up schedules.
4+ years of experience in philanthropy, grant development, CSR partnerships, or nonprofit fundraising.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven success securing six- or seven-figure grants, gifts, or sponsorships.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with storyteller-instinct.
Proficiency in donor cultivation and fundraising strategy.
Strong analytical skills for conducting donor and market research.
Deep understanding of philanthropic trends, giving vehicles, and donor engagement strategies.
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in a performance-based environment.
100% Commission-Based: Competitive percentage of each successful partnership or funding agreement secured.
Uncapped earning potential based on performance and value of philanthropic relationships developed.

Direct collaboration with the Director of Partnerships & Strategic Philanthropy and CEO.
Performance bonuses for milestone-based achievements (LOIs, proposals advanced, multi-year gifts secured).

Compensation & Benefits Compensation Transparency:
This is a 100% commission-based role with milestone bonuses and uncapped earning potential. On-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $200,000 – $600,000+ annually, depending on performance and the scale of partnerships or gifts secured. Top performers often exceed this range through high-value foundation partnerships, CSR alliances, and multi-year donor commitments.
