Lincoln Electric, Euclid, OH, United States
We’re seeking a hands‑on Marketing Communications Specialist to own the marketing, promotional strategy, and execution for our EV charging product portfolio. You will develop segment‑specific messaging, lead content and campaign programs, and deliver measurable ROI impact. The ideal candidate has experience in EV/automotive—or documented success marketing deeply into a specific industry—paired with a strong ownership of audience insights, storytelling, and multichannel execution.
Strategy & Planning
Partner with Product leadership to build and drive go‑to‑market communication plans for the EV charging portfolio, aligned to product roadmaps and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive messaging frameworks, content development, and integrated campaign plans.
Partner with Product Management, Business Development, and Sales to identify and prioritise segments (e.g., fleet, workplace, commercial real estate, public charging).
Content Leadership
Lead the creation of high‑impact content: website pages, SME articles, case studies, videos, email campaigns, social posts, and sales collateral.
Build and maintain EV brand voice, tone, and visual consistency; ensure technical accuracy, brand standards, and legal/compliance review where required.
Campaigns & Lead Generation
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital (paid/organic), webinars, social, and field/event channels to drive awareness and lead gen.
Collaborate with digital teams to drive continuous optimisation, improve product/solutions web pages and refine persona‑level messaging and nurturing.
Events & Activations
Own the pre/during/post marketing strategy for EV trade shows and regional events (messaging, booth assets, lead capture, follow‑up).
Coordinate with Corporate Communications/PR on launches, announcements, and thought leadership opportunities.
Analytics, Budget, and Optimization
Define KPIs and dashboards (e.g., content engagement, MQLs/SQLs, campaign ROI, event results).
Manage marketing spend across content, campaigns, and events; prioritise investments by impact and lessons learned.
Stay current on EV charging standards, funding programmes, and category trends to keep messaging timely and relevant.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimise marketing operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
6+ years of B2B marketing/MarCom experience with documented success of content and campaigns generation.
Documented success marketing into a specific industry with complex buyers.
