Vice President of Ecommerce We are seeking a strategic and results driven

Vice President of Ecommerce

to be the principal architect and leader of the company’s Ecommerce strategy, app and customer engagement and merchandising for GNC.com. In addition, this position will own the strategy, pricing, and execution of GNC branded products on global 3rd party market places and GNC’s subscription program.

What You’ll Do This is a Full-Time Salary Position

Define and lead the overarching ecommerce vision and strategy, aligning digital growth initiatives with enterprise objectives to drive revenue, profitability, and market share expansion

Own full P&L accountability for the ecommerce business, establishing financial targets, optimizing performance drivers, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth

Architect and execute comprehensive, full funnel customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging data driven insights to enhance engagement, conversion, and lifetime value

Lead the evolution of a best in class digital experience across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and high performing customer journey across all touchpoints

Oversee the strategy, pricing, and execution of GNC branded products across global third party marketplaces and subscription programs, driving incremental revenue streams and customer loyalty

Establish and operationalize a robust digital KPI framework, leveraging analytics and performance insights to inform decision making, optimize channel performance, and continuously improve outcomes

Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Loyalty, and International teams to deliver integrated, omni channel strategies that enhance the end to end customer experience

Lead and manage strategic relationships with external vendors, platforms, and agency partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing return on investment

Translate long term strategic priorities into actionable operational plans, including promotions, merchandising strategies, content development, and digital campaign execution

Leverage customer data, behavioral insights, and emerging technologies to drive personalization, innovation, and competitive differentiation within the digital ecosystem

Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all digital channels, reinforcing GNC’s positioning and delivering a cohesive customer experience

Build, lead, and develop high performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across ecommerce functions

Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable processes, governance frameworks, and best practices to support long term growth and execution efficiency.

We are seeking candidates in Pittsburgh, PA or New York metropolitan areas.

If in Pittsburgh, this is a hybrid work environment, 3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required

Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred

15+ years of experience in Ecommerce required

10+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)

Demonstrated track record of success driving revenue and growing market share

Operational/functional understanding of Ecommerce technologies and platforms

High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)

Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients

Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
