Sales Administrator
Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join its growing team. This is a full‑time position in a fast‑paced, energetic, deadline‑driven environment located at our Richmond office on Deep Rock Road in the West End of Richmond.
Overview We are seeking a motivated entry‑level Sales Administrator to support our Sales Team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and interested in growing within a sales or business operations environment.
The Sales Administrator plays a key role in keeping the team efficient, organized, and focused on driving revenue.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sales Team
Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy
Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow‑ups for sales representatives
Track leads, customer communications, and sales activity
Generate basic sales reports and assist with data analysis
Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Ensure customer files and documentation are organized and compliant
Support onboarding paperwork for new sales hires when needed
Assist with event preparation, trade shows, or sales meetings
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or sales support experience
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
