Brand Manager
to join our team in Irvine, CA (Orange County).
Toy industry experience is required.
This is a 100% on-site role—the position is not remote or hybrid. The
Brand Manager
is a high-impact role working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You won’t just manage brands—you’ll help build them. You’ll play a key role in driving growth across our consumer retail toy lines and bringing new ideas to life. What You’ll Do
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing brands across Luki Lab’s growing portfolio. Build and launch 360° marketing campaigns that drive demand—across advertising, retail activations, PR, events, digital/social, and promotions. Get hands-on with B2B marketing and retailer sell-in, including trade shows and key sales materials like product catalogs. Own your brands end-to-end: positioning, pricing, forecasting, POS analysis, and SKU optimization. Partner with leadership on planning and budgeting, and help shape where we go next. Spot opportunities early and push new ideas, brands, and concepts to market. Work closely with Sales to create strong selling stories, tools, and insights that win at retail. Act as the voice and guardian of your brands—ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across every touchpoint. Dive into POS and market data to uncover trends, identify drivers, and turn insights into action. Represent the consumer in everything we do. Stay on top of trends—industry, retail, and consumer—and use them to inform strategy. Build and deliver clear, compelling presentations that move teams and partners to action. Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5–7+ years of experience across both B2B and B2C marketing. Toy industry experience required. Retail marketing and product launch experience strongly preferred. Strong storytelling and communication skills—you know how to sell an idea. Solid analytical skills, with experience working with data and financials. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Strong project management and execution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across teams. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
