Client Success Manager II As a CSM II you act as a brand ambassador, agile project manager, and account manager who owns a client’s entire journey from sales to renewal.
Responsibilities
Guide the build and design of award-winning websites for our highest tier clients.
Foster relationships with clients by understanding their business, brand, and marketing vision and turning that knowledge into action.
Actively implement websites for new marketing clients, while managing a book of previously launched clients through their annual marketing strategy.
Consistently exceed KPIs focused around speed, value and retention throughout the client life cycle.
Manage client expectations and disruptions, providing reassurance during escalations.
Serve as a project manager, overseeing implementation and ongoing campaigns.
Collaborate across departments, clearly communicating deadlines and expectations.
Continuously improve processes, broaden expertise, and enhance marketing toolkit.
Manage a large portfolio of clients (up to $3M in ARR) and expand revenue.
Maintain composure amid stressful situations and demanding clients.
Anticipate and understand client vision, translating it into actionable next steps.
Communicate with clients, explaining order of operations, technical complexities, and setting expectations.
Identify problems and propose solutions.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations.
2+ years experience in Client Management, Account Management, or related role.
Working knowledge of SEO, Social, Content and/or Paid Media.
A track record of results-oriented success built on data and analytics.
Prior success as a result of innovation.
Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and consistent delivery.
Experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, etc.
Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, friendly and sunny disposition.
Interest in the real estate industry (passion is a plus).

Job Requirements
Located in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, Arizona – Hybrid (in‑office 4 days a week for the first 30 days, 3 days a week thereafter).
Working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $75,000 – $103,000 per year. Competitive base plus 20% performance bonus (potential to exceed 20% based on metrics). Equity and full benefits package.
