Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Digitalization Focal Point to join their team. As a Digitalization Focal Point, you will be part of the Manufacturing/Operations Department supporting shopfloor digital initiatives and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational ability, and technical problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Act as the onsite digitalization lead, coordinating ongoing and future digital initiatives.
Serve as the main point of contact for the global digitalization team.
Oversee and support shopfloor digital projects, including connectivity, machine integration, and data monitoring.
Facilitate the introduction and adoption of digital tools across production and operations.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and IT stakeholders to identify and remove implementation barriers.
What’s Needed?
Proven experience supporting digitalization or Industry 4.0 efforts in manufacturing or industrial environments in the US.
Strong understanding of shopfloor technologies, including machine connectivity, sensors, and real-time data monitoring.
Knowledge of manufacturing IT landscapes (PLM, MES, ERP, production IT systems).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote/global teams.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
