Real Estate Assistant
to support our growing team with client follow-up, lead conversion, and day-to-day operations—while also having the opportunity to earn commission on closed deals.
Responsibilities Following up with leads (calls, texts, emails)
Assisting with scheduling showings and appointments
Supporting listing and transaction coordination
Helping manage CRM and client communication
Prospecting and helping generate new business opportunities
Assisting on-site with showings, open houses, and content creation
Compensation 100% Commission-Based
Earn per closed transaction you assist with or help convert
Bonus opportunities tied to performance and deal flow
