In this role, you combine customer insights, market research and strategic thinking. You ensure that our decisions are grounded in robust analysis, identify growth opportunities and continuously improve our marketing and brand performance. In doing so, you help create the foundation for sustainable growth and a consistent, differentiated customer experience across all markets.
Your responsibilities.
You further develop KPIs and measurement frameworks to effectively steer marketing and brand performance.
You analyze customer and market insights and derive clear, actionable recommendations for Marketing, Product, Sales and senior management.
You support the development of target group, segmentation and positioning concepts.
You design, manage and evaluate international ad-hoc market research studies (quantitative & qualitative) in close collaboration with external research agencies.
You support brand tracking, segmentation projects and advertising tests, preparing results in a structured and decision-ready format.
You contribute to the development of a group-wide Voice-of-the-Customer program, including dashboards, reporting and closed-loop processes.
You monitor relevant market, industry and technology trends and share your findings with internal stakeholders.
Your profile.
You hold a degree from a top university or renowned business school, ideally in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics or Marketing.
You have 2–5 years of relevant experience in market research, customer insights, marketing analytics, strategy or consulting.
You bring solid expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
You are confident in working with Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint; experience with SPSS, R, Python, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Ideally, you have gained first experience with customer experience or survey tools such as Qualtrics.
You translate complex data into clear, structured and actionable insights.
You communicate confidently in both German and English, written and spoken.
You work in a structured, proactive way and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
