Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Representative to drive growth in our premium Techno Quartz Slabs product line. This role is ideal for a results‑driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and expanding market presence across the region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales of Techno Quartz slabs within assigned territory

Identify and secure new business with fabricators, builders, contractors, and distributors

Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers

Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and site visits

Travel regularly within the region and out of state to support accounts and generate new opportunities

Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales

Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction

Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience (required)

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience in building materials, stone, construction, or related industries preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently

Willingness and ability to travel frequently (regional and out of state)

Valid driver’s license

Work Environment

Based in Houston, Texas with frequent travel

Combination of remote work, customer visits, and occasional time at company facilities
