with strong
Digital + Generative AI expertise
to design and deliver
enterprise-grade, agent-based AI systems in production . Key Responsibilities
Define
agent workflows
(memory, tool routing, state, fallback) Integrate with
enterprise systems
(APIs, CRM, ERP, data platforms) Debug and optimize
non-deterministic agent behavior Engage with
CXO stakeholders , lead solutioning and proposals Mentor teams and build
AI engineering best practices Required Skills
Agent orchestration frameworks ( LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI ) Python / TypeScript Observability & evaluation ( LangSmith or similar ) API & system integration ( REST, Kafka, gRPC ) CI/CD & DevOps Must Have (Hands-On)
Built and deployed
2–3 production-grade agent systems Strong experience with
LangGraph (multi-agent workflows) Implemented
end-to-end RAG pipelines Integrated AI systems with
real enterprise environments Debugged
live agent failures in production Nice to Have
Claude Code CLI, MCP / shared context frameworks
