We are seeking a hands-on

Influencer, Affiliate & Content Manager

to independently execute and scale creator and affiliate programs. This mid-level role is responsible for driving measurable revenue through strategic partnerships and high-performing content, while delivering clear reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership. This individual will own day-to-day execution, optimize performance, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

Source, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation Develop campaign briefs and oversee execution Track performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, and engagement, and optimize accordingly Identify high-performing creators for long-term partnerships and paid amplification Affiliate Management

Own and scale the affiliate program Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners Monitor tracking links, discount codes, commissions, and payouts Optimize partner performance and commission structures Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines Content Execution

Manage the content calendar and coordinate deliverables across stakeholders Repurpose influencer-generated content across paid and owned channels Identify emerging content trends and performance opportunities Manage and organize content libraries within DAM systems Oversee content distribution to external partners and international stakeholders Upload and maintain content from internal teams and external creators Reporting & Optimization

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting Provide data-driven insights tied to revenue impact Test and iterate across new creators, platforms, and partnership models Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or content marketing Proven ability to execute independently and manage campaigns end-to-end Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, and LTV Experience with creator management platforms such as Aspire or similar tools Experience working within Shopify environments Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or equivalent Experience with digital asset management systems such as Canto or similar platforms Strong working knowledge of affiliate platforms and analytics tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills Familiarity with paid and social platforms including Meta and TikTok Experience within a fast-scaling DTC, wellness, or consumer brand environment preferred Ability to work in a hybrid model with in-office presence multiple days per week
