Responsibilities

Create, publish, and maintain landing pages in the Adobe Experience Manager CMS system; write content, optimize for SEO, and visually merchandize to be consistent with the online customer journey; maintain a web content calendar and manage website updates including product launches, program changes, destination pages, and the homepage.

Involve in all phases of designing and maintaining web pages using HTML and CSS; manage interactive projects from kick‑off and requirements gathering through UI design, development, QA, and authoring, and maintain the site.

Implement SEO best practices on the website and collaborate with the email team to drive traffic to relevant pages.

Work with the Revenue Management team to support merchandising initiatives for new promotions and with the UX team to design improved on‑site experiences to increase engagement.

Analyze online KPIs in Adobe Analytics to remove friction paths and improve the customer journey; perform A/B tests to determine optimal content and language.

Knowledge & Skills

Manage end‑to‑end projects, gathering information from various teams across Seabourn to create and execute projects according to Seabourn guidelines and brand; use Asana for task management.

Coordinate with Holland America Line (HAL) and Seabourn (SBN) to manage digital content and web assets across both brands.

Ensure consistent online presence and user experience for global audiences across shore and fleet operations.

Collaborate with marketing, IT, and creative teams to deliver web projects that align with business objectives.

Handle complex content management challenges, integrating multiple brand requirements and resolving technical issues.

Anticipate and address user experience problems, optimizing web performance and accessibility.

Navigate evolving digital standards and adapt solutions to meet compliance and business needs.

Directly influence the quality and effectiveness of HAL/SBN’s web presence, impacting customer engagement and brand reputation.

Support business growth by enabling timely and accurate web updates, promotions, and campaigns.

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements for digital content.

Provide guidance to cross‑functional teams on web best practices and project execution.

May oversee contractors or vendors for web development and maintenance tasks.

Manage resources and timelines for web projects, ensuring delivery within budget and scope.

Requirements

4+ years experience in web content publishing or a related field.

Creative and self‑driven with an excellent portfolio of work.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar Content Management System.

Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS.

Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and best practices.

Adobe Photoshop editing and image optimization for the web.

Familiarity with program management tools such as Asana, Jira or similar.

Web content authoring experience.

Highly agile, analytical, and strong metrics‑driven decision‑making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Collaborates cross‑functionally across other teams.

Takes initiative to lead projects from conception to execution.

Travel / Work Conditions Travel: No or very little travel likely.

Work Conditions: Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may be required occasionally to support business needs, projects, or operations.

Physical Demands: Remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time; reasonable adjustments will be offered.

This position is classified as Hybrid. Employees work from a designated Holland office Monday through Thursday; may work from home on Friday.

Base Hourly Range: $28.46 to $38.41. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate’s qualifications and experience.
