Growth Marketing Manager, eCommerce

About the role We’re looking for a results‑driven eCommerce Growth Marketer to own and accelerate online revenue across our DTC and B2B channels. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, merchandising, and data‑driven testing—responsible for identifying growth opportunities, executing experiments, and scaling what works. You’ll operate in a complex environment with multiple SKUs, audiences, price tiers, and promotional constraints, partnering cross‑functionally with brand, product, sales, and analytics teams to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention while maintaining brand integrity. This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, creative, and operationally strong—equally comfortable digging into data and launching campaigns. This role will report to Senior Director of Growth and Innovation.

Hybrid position working out of our San Ramon office Tuesday‑Thursday and remotely Mondays and Fridays. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue Growth and Optimization

Own eCommerce growth levers across B2C and B2B shopping experiences, with accountability for traffic, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase, and LTV

Identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities and new growth levers through customer insights, testing, and funnel analysis

eCommerce and Channel Optimization

Develop offers, bundles, and promotions tailored to distinct customer segments

Partner with other marketing channels to maximize revenue efficiency and on‑site conversion

Ensure landing pages, offers, and user journeys are optimized to capture high‑intent traffic

Collaborate on forecasting and scenario modeling tied to promotions

Website and Conversion Optimization

Own ongoing CRO strategy: landing pages, PDP optimization, bundles, quizzes, promotions, gated experiences and checkout improvements. Partner with digital product to bring strategy through to launch

Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure high‑performing, on‑brand experiences

Lead A/B testing with clear hypotheses, learnings, and rollout plans

B2B Channel Growth

Fuel professional funnel growth, including education‑driven conversion, gated access, and reorder behavior

Develop strategies tailored to different professional segments

Collaborate with sales, education, and operations to align incentives and offers

Analytics, Insights & Executive Communication

Provide actionable insights and performance reporting to executive leadership

Requirements and Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on eCommerce and digital marketing experience

Proven success driving growth in a $50M+ revenue environment

Well‑versed in tools & platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel

Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, and funnel analysis

Experience supporting both B2C and B2B customer journeys preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong prioritization skills

Effective in operating with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Comfortable using a computer, keyboard, and mouse

Salary $105k - $115k, plus yearly bonus, award units, and comprehensive benefits package
