Senior Digital Brand Designer

Position Summary As a Senior Digital Brand Designer, you are responsible for bringing Bentley’s brand to life across digital-first brand and marketing experiences. You design visually distinctive, strategically grounded work across web, digital campaigns, product marketing, social, and interactive touchpoints, ensuring the brand feels cohesive, expressive, and premium in every digital environment.

You are deeply brand-led and digitally fluent, with a strong systems mindset. You collaborate closely with brand designers, UX, product, marketing, motion, and content partners, and you play a key role in shaping how digital brand work is designed, built, and scaled across the organization. You are highly curious about how AI and emerging technologies can elevate digital brand expression and creative workflows.

Responsibilities

Design Digital Brand & Campaign Experiences

Design high-quality creative across web, digital brand and marketing campaigns, launches, social, and interactive experiences.

Translate brand strategy and creative direction into clear, compelling digital executions.

Ensure digital work strengthens Bentley’s visual identity while adapting intelligently to platform and context.

Collaborate Across the Studio

Partner closely with UX, product, marketing, motion, content, and engineering teams.

Contribute to ideation and concept development with strong digital brand thinking.

Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly to elevate outcomes.

Lead Through Craft, Systems & Scale

Own digital brand workstreams within larger projects, maintaining a high bar for craft, consistency, and detail.

Design, build, and maintain digital brand systems in Figma, including tokens, components, templates, and workflows that enable consistency and speed across teams.

Ensure digital brand assets are scalable, well-documented, and usable by designers across the studio.

Help evolve digital brand systems in partnership with UX and product teams.

Champion AI-Enabled Brand Design

Actively explore and apply AI tools for ideation, concept exploration, visual development, content variation, and workflow efficiency.

Stay deeply informed on emerging AI technologies and assess their creative and practical value.

Share learnings and help integrate AI responsibly into digital brand workflows.

Present & Deliver

Help build presentations and clearly articulate digital brand concepts, systems, and decisions.

Manage your time effectively across multiple projects and priorities.

Collaborate closely with partners to meet timelines without compromising craft or brand quality.

This is an individual contributor role.

This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.

This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.

Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements ).

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in digital brand or visual design, ideally within an in-house or studio environment.

A portfolio showcasing digital brand systems, marketing campaigns, and expressive digital experiences.

Exceptional taste in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Strong understanding of design systems, tokens, components, and scalable workflows, particularly within Figma.

Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design workflows and a strong interest in emerging creative technologies.

A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Tools

Core: Figma (advanced systems usage), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

AI & Emerging Tools: Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered design, ideation, and prototyping tools

Bonus: Motion fundamentals, design systems tooling, HTML/CSS literacy
