Job Title: Flooring Sales Specialist (1099 – Hybrid)

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Flooring Sales Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role involves working directly with clients, providing flooring estimates, managing relationships, and helping ensure each project meets our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to provided leads and provide outstanding customer service from initial contact to project completion
Conduct in-home or on-site flooring estimates and consultations
Educate customers on flooring solutions (carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile, etc.)
Prepare and present accurate project estimates and proposals
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships using CRM
Coordinate owner to ensure project expectations are met for customers on installs
Network, prospect, and generate new business opportunities while taking on leads provided
Represent the company professionally and uphold standards with integrity
Qualifications
High school diploma is required; and or Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred but not required
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (home construction or home improvement industry preferred)
Bilingual: Ability to Speak English and Spanish
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn (training will be provided)
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
Reliable transportation is required
Must have a valid drivers license
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor (commission-based; details discussed during interview)
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
