Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to objectively document observations Comfortable engaging with leasing staff and asking standard application‑related questions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured instructions Proficient with basic reporting and written summaries Ability to travel locally between assigned properties
