Role Description
The Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The role involves providing support to account managers by assisting with the day-to-day servicing needs of commercial accounts. Responsibilities include handling policy changes, preparing insurance proposals, managing renewals, maintaining accurate account records, and resolving client inquiries to ensure excellent customer service. The position also requires collaboration with insurance carriers and internal teams to deliver efficient and effective results for clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and an understanding of related insurance products
Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills, including the ability to maintain client relationships and handle inquiries effectively
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance practices
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems commonly used in the insurance industry
Previous experience in a similar role and relevant certifications are a plus
