Job Description As the Building Automation – Marketing Services Leader at Honeywell, you will be accountable for developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and business growth. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver targeted campaigns.

The Building Automation – Marketing Services Leader is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. As the Director of Customer Marketing, you will lead a team in developing and executing customer‑centric marketing initiatives that align with business objectives, and collaborate closely with sales, product management and other stakeholders.

You will report directly to the Senior Director Customer Marketing and will work out of either the Atlanta, GA, Plymouth, MN, or Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of customer‑centric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns

Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities

Set the strategic direction for customer marketing

Develop and manage the customer marketing budget

Oversee marketing programs including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Manage the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience

Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Lead and inspire a team of customer marketing professionals

Set clear goals and objectives for the team

Stay up to date with industry trends

Collaborate with creative services

Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets

Passion for marketing and staying up‑to‑date with industry trends

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)

Salary The annual base salary range for this position is $165,000–$200,000. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, and market and business considerations.
