
Director - HR Sales
Asure Software, Austin, TX, United States
The ideal candidate will be located near one of Asure's hub offices such as Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Tampa, FL; Burlington, VT; Cherry Hill, NJ; Santa Ana, CA; Sioux Falls, SD; Nashville, TN; or Rochester, NY. Other locations may also be considered. This position may require occasional time in office and some travel, depending upon business needs.
How you will Contribute
Drives revenue through new client acquisition, current client penetration, meeting or exceeding all sales targets and performance metrics
Lead, inspire, manage, and mentor experienced sales executives to maximize their individual potential and professional growth as well as ability to function effectively as a team
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts
Build a culture of accountability and urgency by transparently leveraging metrics and reporting to drive the right behaviors
Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape
Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
Support and assist sales executives with all aspects of the sales process including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and final close
Identify topics and partner with sales trainer to plan product and competitive training sessions
Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and broader team
Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the Product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive sales opportunities
Partner with HRC team to provide new customers a seamless onboarding experience
Creatively identify and help drive new programs to improve the sales organization
Collaborate with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
Qualifications
10+ years software or SaaS sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions selling HR services
5+ years sales management experience in HR sales at a HCM organization preferably and a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
SHRM certification is preferred
Previous success as a SaaS software sales leader
Payroll and HCM experience preferred with a focus on small to mid-market targets
Keen understanding of the SaaS model and HR compliance
Sales star and master negotiator
Experience working cross functionally, bridging the gap and relationships with Marketing, Product Marketing, Finance, HR etc.
Proven ability to recruit, train and scale against aggressive growth targets
Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results using Salesforce
Work with marketing and the VP of HRC to develop and utilize targeted marketing.
Work with the VP of HRC to consistently schedule and plan marketing events such as webinars, seminars and sales campaigns to grow HRC business.
Regular travel to meet clients and attend marketing events is required
Compensation The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
