We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare services organization to identify a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing, nationally distributed sales team.
This is a high-impact, build-and-grow role for a proven commercial leader who knows how to win in competitive markets, influence physician partners, and consistently deliver results.
What you’ll do:
Lead, mentor, and expand a national sales organization
Drive pipeline development and disciplined execution across key markets
Personally engage in high-value deal cycles and strategic partnerships
Build credibility with physicians and practice leaders
Implement structure, process, and accountability to scale performance
What we’re looking for:
12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
Strong track record of closing complex deals and exceeding targets
Experience working with physicians and medical practices
Ability to quickly build trust and influence key stakeholders
Data-driven operator with strong pipeline management discipline
Natural leader who can inspire, coach, and elevate teams
