Through strategic partnerships, community investment, and storytelling, the Foundation supports students, empowers educators, and uplifts alumni across the CCS district.
Key Areas of Focus
Content Development Aligned to Priority Areas.
Develop compelling, AP-style stories for the Foundation’s website and social platforms.
Highlight student needs, opportunity gaps, and areas where the Foundation can drive impact.
Research and incorporate examples from other education foundations to inform storytelling and positioning.
Donor and Partner Storytelling Strategy.
Build a pipeline of impact-driven stories that support fundraising and donor engagement.
Elevate partners, sponsors, and community voices through thoughtful, strategic content.
Help translate programmatic work into clear, compelling narratives for external audiences.
Community and Corporate Engagement Support
Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with community partners, local organizations, and corporate sponsors.
Support media outreach, event positioning, and message alignment with regional priorities.
Contribute to communications that elevate visibility and deepen engagement across sectors.
Who You Are
A strong writer and storyteller with experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields.
Passionate about education, community impact, and advancing equity through storytelling.
Strategic thinker who can connect messaging to broader goals like fundraising, partnerships, and brand growth
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small, mission-driven team
