Join Our Team as a Business Insurance Placement Specialist!
Your Role:
As a Business Insurance Placement Specialist, you will be instrumental in placing insurance programs for our Middle Market clients. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining robust relationships with underwriters, analyzing insurance needs, and collaborating effectively with service teams and production staff to secure tailored programs for our clients. This role also offers the opportunity to directly engage with prospects and clients alongside our Production team, making relationship-building a vital aspect of your work.
Who We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, with a strong understanding of various coverage lines and risk management practices.
Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Possess strong interpersonal abilities and a high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with management and colleagues.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required):
CIC, CPCU, or equivalent designations.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $71,800 to $133,700, dependent on experience, skills, training, location, and applicable certifications. This role may also offer performance‑based incentives.
