What You Will Do The Investor Relations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clear, timely, and effective engagement with the investment community. This position coordinates investor‑facing activities, including non‑deal roadshows, invite‑only lunches, conferences, and investor events. The role is also responsible for preparing executive briefings, managing corporate access, and partnering closely with internal teams across the organization to support investor relations initiatives. In addition to managing logistics, the Coordinator develops a strong understanding of the company’s strategy and business. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, helping ensure the Investor Relations team remains organized, informed, and prepared to deliver consistent, high‑quality engagement with investors.

How You Will Do It

Coordinate logistics for company‑hosted events, including conferences and investor days.

Manage Investor Relations calendar, including quarterly earnings cycle, investor conferences, non‑deal roadshows, and presentations.

Manage corporate access and logistics for non‑deal roadshows.

Schedule meetings with institutional investors, sell‑side analysts, and internal stakeholders.

Distribute recurring investor communications.

Maintain the investor relations website and internal databases and monitor the general IR inbox.

Manage vendor relationships and process invoices and expense reports.

Assist the Head of Investor Relations with budgeting and administrative support.

Support shareholder inquiries and help resolve issues in a timely, effective manner.

Support the development of investor communications including press releases, earnings scripts and quarterly earnings presentations.

Maintain strong organizational and industry expertise. Monitor analyst publications, conference transcripts, and earnings materials of peer companies.

Required

1+ year of experience in financial services, corporate communications, or investor relations.

Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree.

Familiarity with CRM or capital markets intelligence systems.

Experience with event coordination.

NOTE: This can be a hybrid position at our Glendale office or a virtual/remote position. If remote candidates must reside within the United States.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68,000 - $93,000. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. All hiring decisions are made by human reviewers. This position includes a competitive benefits package. For details, please visit the Johnson Controls Careers site.
