
NEW HOME ADVISOR (Online Sales)

Job Summary
As a New Home Advisor, you will be an essential member of the online sales team as the initial contact with buyers interested in Fischer Homes. In this role, you will nurture sales leads and foster customers through the initial outreach process to secure appointments and schedule meetings with our Sales Counselors. This role offers a hybrid work environment and requires working remotely one to two weekends a month.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all email and phone leads immediately and book qualified leads with an appointment.
Consistently follow up with leads and prospects by launching email campaigns and marketing materials.
Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
Maintain website content and monitor third‑party websites and online advertising.
Continually research the competition and their online activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Two years of sales and/or marketing experience.
Persuasive communication skills to create buy-in and build value to the conversation.
Preference for working in a highly social and interactive environment.
Patience and a customer‑centered approach while maintaining control of the sales process.
Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet to secure an appointment with a customer.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Use verbal communication to effectively interact with other associates and customers.
Perform repetitive motions and use fine‑motor skills such as typing and writing to operate office supplies.
Lift and carry approximately 20‑25 lbs unassisted.
Sit for long periods of time with occasional reaching and standing.
