Compensation & Work Environment Details

Competitive starting salary:

$100,000+

Commission:

Commission is based on new revenue and calculated on service margin, monthly

Bonus:

Performance‑based bonus opportunity tied to revenue performance to goal

Work Environment:

Blended field travel‑based & remote role

Travel:

Up to 75%

Location:

The position can be based in Florida, Georgia, or Texas. Candidates must reside in one of these states at the time of hire.

What You’ll Do Build and Expand National Partnerships

Develop and maintain strong institutional relationships with executive stakeholders across assigned national accounts.

Secure new exclusive or preferred national partnership agreements that drive long‑term revenue growth.

Collaborate with the revenue leadership team to build and execute go‑to‑market strategies for national accounts.

Drive National Account Growth

Expand market share for make‑ready and repair & maintenance services across assigned national partnerships.

Monitor and evaluate GTM strategy performance while identifying opportunities to grow share‑of‑wallet with existing clients.

Lead structured customer business reviews and provide strategic insights to strengthen partnerships.

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

Build strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and MultiPro’s value proposition.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and successfully delivered.

Manage and resolve client issues while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

Manage the Sales Process

Develop proposals, prepare project bids, and negotiate agreements with clients.

Maintain accurate pipeline activity and client data within the CRM system.

Coordinate the successful transition of new projects to the field service team.

Represent MultiPro in the Market

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.

Promote MultiPro and Valet Living service offerings to property leadership teams.

Support adoption of annual pricing agreements and new service capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

National Sales Experience: 8+ years of proven success selling into the multifamily industry as either an operator or service provider.

Strategic Relationship Builder: Experience building relationships with institutional clients, REITs, and C‑level decision‑makers.

Consultative Sales Expertise: 5+ years of consultative sales experience targeting senior leadership and complex buying groups.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Strong experience managing CRM pipelines, forecasting revenue, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Negotiation & Communication Skills: Advanced negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive measurable results.

Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Leadership: Comfort working with multiple internal teams including operations, marketing, and executive leadership.

Technology & Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
