Product Marketing Specialist

About the Role The Product Marketing Specialist is an early-career role designed for a marketing professional with at least 1 year of experience who is eager to continue learning the fundamentals of product marketing while taking ownership of key initiatives. This position supports the execution of product marketing programs across trade shows, marketing collateral, competitive research, and multi-channel campaigns, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring product stories to life.

This role offers hands-on experience, guided ownership, and exposure to the full product marketing lifecycle, with increasing responsibility over time. The role follows a hybrid schedule of 3 to 4 days in office.

Responsibilities Trade Shows & Events

Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and events, including booth messaging, signage, product displays, and show-specific collateral

Coordinate timelines, assets, and logistics with internal teams and external vendors

Assist with post-event recaps and performance summaries

Develop, update, and maintain core marketing collateral such as product sheets, brochures, sell sheets, and presentations

Partner with Creative Services to brief, review, and refine assets to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency

Maintain version control and ensure materials are current and accessible for internal teams

Competitive & Market Research

Conduct competitive and market research to understand competitor products, positioning, pricing, and messaging

Summarize insights to support product positioning, launches, and sales conversations

Monitor industry and customer trends to help identify differentiation opportunities

Support integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, email, social, retail, e-commerce, and paid media

Coordinate messaging and assets across channels to ensure consistency and alignment

Support the development of in-store displays and point-of-sale materials specifically for mass and retail channels, working with Creative Services and external partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, Creative Services, and Digital Marketing teams to execute marketing initiatives

Manage timelines, action items, and deliverables for assigned projects

Take ownership of assigned initiatives while learning best practices and processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required

1+ year of marketing experience, internship or professional

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Interest in retail, consumer products, and brand storytelling

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing collaboration tools preferred

SAP experience is a plus
