About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own the strategy and execution of cross‑platform marketing campaigns that drive adoption of Project Healthy Minds’ digital marketplace. This role turns awareness into action by translating product updates, research, partnerships, and cultural moments into coordinated campaigns that increase traffic and marketplace usage. You will manage our cross‑platform content calendar, create platform‑native storytelling, and grow engagement across social platforms. In parallel, you’ll build the analytics foundation that enables smarter decisions by creating dashboards, analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and carrying them into action. This is a hands‑on role for a scrappy, strategic operator who can move fluidly from planning to execution. You’ll partner closely with our creative and design team to bring campaigns to life while owning cross‑channel marketing orchestration. This role reports to the Senior Advisor & Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with leadership, creative, product, and partnerships teams.
