Is the Role for You? This is a step-up job share leading to a full-time, with limited flexibility for remote work. As the Co-Executive Director, you will begin to oversee day-to-day operations of the Chamber, manage strategic planning initiatives, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, oversee program development, ensure financial sustainability, and lead community engagement efforts. You will represent the Chamber in public forums, manage external communications, and work collaboratively with board members and volunteers.
Key Qualifications
Leadership, management, and entrepreneurial experience is essential
Strong communication, networking, and public speaking abilities
Revenue generation, sponsorship acquisition, and grant writing experience
Operational expertise in event planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement
Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and nonprofit organizational structures
Knowledge of community building, economic development, or similar fields
Bachelor’s degree of higher preferred. Five or more years professional experience is essential
