Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Paid Social Manager to lead execution and performance across paid social channels for a portfolio of brands.
This role will be responsible for managing Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms, driving scalable growth through creative testing and audience optimization, and supporting the transition from an agency‑managed model to an in‑house team. The Paid Social Manager will partner closely with senior media leadership to execute strategy while owning day‑to‑day performance and managing a junior team member.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization
Own execution, optimization, and scaling of paid social campaigns across multiple brands (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms)
Manage full‑funnel campaign structures, including prospecting, retargeting, and platform‑native automation (e.g., Advantage+)
Oversee and optimize significant monthly paid social spend with clear ROAS and CPA targets
Identify performance trends and scaling opportunities
Lead paid social creative testing strategy across formats, messaging, hooks, and offers
Partner closely with content and design teams to build a strong data‑to‑creative feedback loop
Establish and maintain a structured testing framework to drive continuous improvement
Audience, Channel & Funnel Strategy
Own audience strategy across campaign types and funnel stages
Lead channel optimization strategy across paid social platforms
Align paid social efforts with broader full‑funnel and cross‑channel initiatives
Measurement & Performance Analysis
Analyze campaign performance across platform tools and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4)
Use insights to inform optimizations, budget allocation, and creative direction
Deliver clear reporting and performance insights to stakeholders (weekly/monthly)
Navigate attribution and interpret blended performance across channels
Support transition from agency‑managed accounts to in‑house ownership
Collaborate with senior media leadership on campaign planning and strategy
Supervise and mentor a junior team member to support execution and growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
4–7+ years of hands‑on paid social experience
Strong expertise in:
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
TikTok Ads Manager
Pinterest Ads
Experience managing large monthly paid social budgets
Strong understanding of creative performance drivers
Experience partnering with creative teams and contributing to ad development
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into insights
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn environment
