Key Account Executive (Hybrid)
As a Key Account Executive, you will focus on obtaining larger or multi‑location accounts and partnering with local sales representatives to further develop those accounts.
Compensation & Benefits
1st year compensation plans range from $65,000-$105,000
Compensation range includes commissions on sales. The rate of commissions paid varies from 0% to 12%, depending on product, amount and price sold.
Mileage and expense reimbursement
Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, and a deferred compensation plan
Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory, along with the local sales team, to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential large customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plan weeks in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
Market Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes learned in training workshops.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
Requirements
The ability to travel to potential or actual customer locations and company meetings within the assigned geographic area while holding the required insurance coverage minimums.
The execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibiting required terms.
Minimum 5 years of strategic selling experience.
