Position Overview Full commissioned, experienced HVAC Sales Tech; earn $200,000 to $400,000+ commission, $300 sign‑on bonus, and benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, sick days, holidays, company vehicle and uniforms.
Qualifications
4+ years of HVAC sales experience
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
Training junior team members
Communicating with clients and customers
In‑field sales experience
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Expectations Self‑motivated, excellent communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly, service‑oriented, respectful, punctual, reliable, and take pride in work.
