You will design engaging, blended learning programs that combine eLearning, live sessions, and experiential activities.

Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning solutions that align with business goals and learner needs:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives and create structured instructional programs
Design and develop blended learning solutions including eLearning modules, self-paced content, virtual sessions, and on-the-job learning activities
Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional design methodologies to ensure engagement and retention
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and instructional quality across all learning materials and delivery formats
Leverage generative AI tools, including building and configuring custom GPT-based solutions to enhance learning experiences
Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives
Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise combined with curiosity for AI-driven learning innovation:
Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training development
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies
Hands‑on familiarity with generative AI tools and understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
Experience or interest in prototyping and configuring AI‑powered learning solutions such as custom GPTs
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, iterative, and collaborative environment
Strong creativity, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
