Position Overview As a Strategic Growth & Sales Specialist at Mid-Atlantic Packaging, you will be pivotal in driving business growth and expanding our national customer base. You will promote and sell our retail packaging products and services to businesses and clients across various industries, including apparel stores, gift shops, and food and gourmet shops.

This position demands a proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

Learn the end-to-end process of custom-branded packaging sales and fulfillment.

Assist senior sales reps with processing repeat orders, client communication, and quote generation.

Provide administrative and customer service support to the sales team.

Eventually grow into a full sales role with your book of business.

Qualifications

Detail-Oriented – Since custom packaging has many variables (materials, printing, dimensions, lead times), accuracy is key.

Eager to Learn & Grow – This is a developmental role; you want someone curious, coachable, and hungry for responsibility.

Team Player with a Sales Mindset – They’ll be supporting others first, so humility matters, but they should also think like a salesperson.

Strong Communicator – Must be confident communicating with both team members and customers, often managing multiple follow-ups.
