Principal Recruitment Consultant
to lead and scale our Cyber Security search practice, as a core growth vertical within our Energy & Infrastructure platform.
As global power systems digitise and infrastructure becomes increasingly interconnected, cyber capability is no longer optional - it is central to
Energy Security & Resilience, Regulatory Compliance, and Market Fundamentals . From grid protection and SCADA security to cloud infrastructure, trading platforms, and critical asset defense, the convergence of energy and cyber risk is reshaping board-level priorities.
The Role This is a 360, revenue-generating position with responsibility for:
Developing and owning a Cyber Security practice aligned to energy, power, renewables, and infrastructure markets
Originating and winning search mandates across cyber leadership, architecture, engineering, risk, and governance
Building long‑term relationships with utilities, IPPs, developers, trading houses, infrastructure investors, and technology providers
Advising clients on talent strategy within regulated and security‑critical environments
Collaborating with adjacent practices across investment, finance, legal, and trading
