We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Strategist to join our Marketing department. The Content Strategist will work proactively with the Marketing team to produce, edit, and optimize APHW’s content across the company website, social media channels, and video platforms. This role will formulate and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with our business goals.

This position is designed with the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position, ultimately serving as the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, demonstrating the ability to mentor others and the capability of growing alongside a thriving department and company. They will have a strong passion for marketing and will bring innovative and creative ideas to the team.

The Content Strategist will report to the Marketing Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating a comprehensive content calendar to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing campaigns for Real Estate & Direct to Consumer

Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness and results of marketing campaigns and recommending ways to improve future content performance

Working with the legal and compliance team to ensure the content complies with content governance guidelines and policies

Developing and studying essential KPIs and metrics of content performance by working collaboratively with the data and analytics team

Guiding the content production team for SEO optimization, video editing and graphic design to make it user and search-engine friendly

Staying updated with the industry trends and algorithm changes affecting content and marketing directly or indirectly Execute informative and engaging content pieces such as articles and whitepapers, backed with thorough research

Update and maintain the organization’s digital content

Collaborate with all departments to identify trends and evaluate advertising to ensure it is aligned with the organization's mission, vision and values

Maintain the company’s image, voice and identity

Prepare and edit organizational materials, including employee newsletters and other publications for internal and external audiences

Complete all assigned projects and tasks in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong knowledge of consumer marketing

Experience leading projects or initiatives

Experience working with content management systems

Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and values

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time and resource management skills

Strong editing and storytelling skillsAbility to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor

Strong attention to detail

Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience with video scripting and production is a plus

Experience in the real estate industry a plus

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

EXPERIENCE

At least two years’ experience in content creation

Three years SEO experience required

Strategy building and content marketing experience required

Prior leadership experience preferred
