The Marketing Programs Manager will power Connection’s Technology Integration and Distribution Center (TIDC) and GlobalServe division, developing campaigns and programs aligned with company‑level initiatives for TIDC and GlobalServe, expanding into other verticals such as Healthcare, Retail and Manufacturing, and GPOs. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams—Campaign Management, Segment Marketing, ISG, Events, Sales and Product Management—to develop 12‑month plans, manage budgets, coordinate deliverables, monitor performance, and enhance program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Works closely with TIDC and GlobalServe leadership, Sales, Segment Marketing and Product Management to develop 12‑month marketing plans to support business priorities and goals.

Collaborates with leadership and subject matter experts to develop content to support the buyer’s journey, maximizing brand exposure and demand among GPO audience.

Plans and optimizes marketing program alignment with company objectives and funding for designated industry verticals and sales segments.

Presents marketing campaign plans to TIDC and GlobalServe, Sales, and Product Management to gain support and gather feedback for optimization.

Works with Product Managers to present marketing program concepts to vendor partners, detailing participation opportunities and securing cooperative funding.

Monitors program components, measuring performance against objectives in cooperation with Marketing Analytics team and rolling up findings and recommendations for improvements.

Partners with segment marketing manager to recommend go‑to‑market messaging based on current marketplace trends.

Works closely with industry, segment and sales leaders to plan programs that maximize business growth.

Executes lead generation programs to maximize business growth.

Aligns with events team on face‑to‑face and virtual opportunities aligned with programs.

Aligns with segment to support methods and strategies around driving business.

Provides planning support to Events for segment and vertical market events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, and 5‑7 years related experience.

Experience supporting distribution center, global business or similar vertical markets in marketing, product management or sales role.

Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams.

Functional understanding of marketing and e‑commerce.

Solid critical thinking and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Attention to detail.

Ability to work cross‑functionally and across all levels of an organization.

Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.

Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
