Overview
The position is responsible for the analysis, design, testing and implementation of Web solutions, and the exploration of new digital communication opportunities. It involves developing and maintaining provider‑facing secure and nonsecure websites, administering content management, tracking key performance indicators, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain provider‑facing secure and nonsecure websites.
Perform analysis, design, testing and implementation of web solutions.
Collect and analyze key performance indicators and Web usage reports to drive content optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and present recommendations.
Conduct quality assurance testing with automated tools and systems.
Maintain relationships with IT, Digital Experience and other technical leaders to enhance collaboration.
Administer content management systems and maintain website archives.
Lead research activities or partner with enterprise personnel to implement new technologies and provide improvement ideas.
Monitor competitive landscape to recommend best practices and new design solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field (preferred). Usability certification preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of related design experience. Experience in metrics, analytics and data reporting preferred.
Knowledge of web development tools (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, SharePoint), HTML, XML, CSS and related software.
Strong understanding of digital content best practices, user experience and usability testing techniques.
Experience with online marketing tactics, industry trends and user behavior across search, email and social networking platforms.
Graphic design and layout skills (InDesign). Ability to create and optimize images for Web.
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Captivate, and Access.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead, direct and positively influence others; team player with flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to publish content within an enterprise content management system.
