We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Engineer Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Business Analyst to analyze functional requirements and develop comprehensive technical designs. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing a Salesforce architecture tailored to Häcker Küchen’s needs, providing guidance on integration strategies and best practices. You will oversee the technical implementation of Salesforce developments, ensuring seamless performance and alignment with project goals. Additionally, your responsibilities will include conducting feasibility analyses, optimizing system performance, and supporting deployment and release management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations. Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce is essential. Strong knowledge of data modeling and security protocols is required to ensure robust and secure implementations. Excellent communication skills in both German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) are crucial for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. A background in technical consulting, system analysis, or related fields will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to technical challenges. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Analysts to analyze and translate functional requirements into technical designs. Design and implement Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce integration, best practices, and system optimization. Ensure the technical quality and performance of Salesforce developments and customizations. Conduct feasibility studies and identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvements. Support deployment activities and manage release cycles to ensure smooth updates and system stability. Maintain documentation of technical designs, configurations, and system changes.
