About GLO GLO is reimagining sightseeing for the age of immersive tech. We create interactive gaming tours that transform real city streets into playful, story-rich experiences using cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) technology. Our tours are social, creative, and designed to make people feel like they’ve stepped inside the city rather than just walked through it. We’re building something new at the intersection of entertainment, culture, and technology, and we’re looking for tour operators who want to help define what immersive tourism can be.
The Role As
Content & Creative Lead , you will own how GLO shows up in the world. You are responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and bookings. This is a lead role where you’ll define creative direction, set the content roadmap, and ensure consistent, high-quality output across channels, with hands‑on involvement as needed to support execution and scale. You will tell the story of the GLO experience – you’ll decide
what to make, why it matters, and how it performs .
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead GLO’s content strategy across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube
Establish content pillars, creative direction, and brand voice
Build and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals (bookings, launches, activations)
Identify opportunities to translate real‑world experiences into compelling digital content
Creative Direction & Execution
Concept and direct original content that captures the energy of GLO experiences
Lead and direct content production, including shoots, on‑the‑ground capture during tours, activations, and pop‑ups
Oversee editing and final output to ensure quality and consistency
Personally contribute to content creation as needed to support execution, training and scalability
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, optimize performance, and drive engagement and bookings
Growth & Performance
Own performance metrics: engagement, reach, conversion to bookings
Analyze content performance and iterate strategy based on insights
Test and scale content formats, hooks, and distribution tactics
Partner with leadership on campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
Team & External Collaboration
Manage and direct freelance creators, editors, or collaborators
Source and coordinate influencers or content partners
Build lightweight systems to scale content production efficiently
Cross‑Functional Support
Collaborate with operations and experience teams to capture key moments
Support live activations and ensure content opportunities are maximized
Contribute to overall brand and marketing strategy
Requirements:
Proven track record of creating and scaling high-performing content (portfolio required)
Strong creative instincts paired with strategic thinking and ownership mindset
Experience developing content strategies (not just executing posts)
Deep understanding of short‑form video and platform dynamics
Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable decisions
Comfortable leading projects and making independent decisions
Based in NYC and able to work on‑site regularly
Availability for occasional evenings and weekends (events, activations)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Nice to have:
Experience in experiential marketing, events, or entertainment
Familiarity with AR/VR or emerging technology
Experience managing freelancers or small creative teams
Background in startups or early‑stage companies
Comfort being on camera when needed

Clear, consistent content strategy that drives measurable growth
Strong, recognizable visual identity and brand voice
Content that translates real‑world experiences into high‑performing digital moments
Increased bookings driven by organic and social channels
Scalable content systems that grow with the company
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual base salary range: $100,000 – $135,000, depending on experience
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
