\*\*Preferred location is Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) but we are open to remote candidates.**Role Summary**We are seeking a part-time Social & Digital Content Specialist to support the planning, creation, and execution of content across OneTeam Partners’ social and digital platforms. This role will be responsible for managing the content calendar, drafting and publishing social and web content, and ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with broader communications priorities. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in social media, audience development, website management (CMS) and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience leveraging Linkedin is critical to this role.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and manage the social and digital content calendar, in partnership with our
Communications/PR team and Social Committee* Support content amplification, including reposts and coordination of timely, reactive content as needed* Draft and publish weekly social media posts (e.g. Linkedin, Instagram) , aligned with company priorities and campaigns* Draft executive leadership Linkedin posts approximately once per month to amplify key company announcements and business deals* Upload website news stories per month via CMS – leveraging 3rd party coverage of OneTeam (never original content)* Review, edit, and QA social posts and web content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and messaging* Partner with the Graphic Designer and Communications/PR to incorporate visuals, links, and supporting assets into social and web content* Coordinate with internal teams to source content ideas, updates, and approvals* Ensure timely and consistent publishing across platforms* Support ad hoc updates to website content as needed* Additional duties and special projects as assigned**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:****\*\*** **Please provide samples of relevant work (e.g., content portfolio, social posts, articles, website content or content calendars)\*\**** 3+ years of experience in social media content, web publishing and/or
communications* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms* Experience managing content calendars and publishing across social platforms (in particular, LinkedIn, Instagram)* Familiarity with website CMS platforms (i.e. WordPress) and basic content publishing workflows* High attention to detail, with strong proofreading and QA capabilities* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design and communications* Interest in sports, media, or entertainment is a plus* Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web and social media* Self-starter who can work independently with clear direction and oversight**Compensation****Contract Rate:** $40-$60 per hour, up to $3.5k per monthThis is a part-time/contract role with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week. Compensation is commensurate with experience and location. This position is not eligible for employee benefits.**Working Conditions**This is a part-time, remote-friendly role, estimated at 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling based on content needs and deadlines. The role requires regular collaboration with our Communications/PR team, Sales Solutions, Graphic Designer, and other internal stakeholders primarily via email, messaging platforms, and video conferencing. Work is independent with coordination with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and approvals. The position involves extended periods of computer use and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
