3–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4) Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, forecasting models, and data analysis Experience owning performance metrics such as CAC/SAC, conversion rates, and volume targets Experience building models to forecast performance and inform budget allocation Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations Experience with A/B testing frameworks and campaign optimization Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present performance insights to cross-functional teams Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
