Who We’re Looking For
Syon Capital is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager, Client Development and Growth. This role will support the company’s continued growth by enabling the CEO, who is primarily focused on scaling the business, to operate efficiently and proactively. This role ensures day-to-day activities are well organized, priorities stay on track, and key initiatives continue moving forward. The career path for this individual is likely towards becoming a full-time client Relationship Manager and ultimately as Servicing Advisor, directly handling relationships introduced by Syon’s CEO. What You Will Do
Prospect and Relationship Management (70%)
Prepare meeting materials ahead of time Track and schedule follow-ups with prospective clients Maintain prospect notes in Salentica Ensure CEO is meeting with clients and prospective clients regularly Coordinate Syon colleagues involved in prospect meetings, serving as a bridge between CEO, prospective client, and the broader Syon team Securely collect statements and all other relevant information Conduct and present risk and spend analysis to present to internal investment team Ensure the internal investment team is provided with all necessary information to create client proposals Upon a prospect’s agreement to proceed, coordinate and facilitate an introductory meeting with their new team Strategic Projects (30%)
Act as point of contact for internal/external stakeholders Proactive vs. reactive strategic calendar management Manage and coordinate calendar What You Have
4 to 8 years of prior experience in private wealth management, VC/PE firms, or high-growth, start-up environments. Enjoys working closely with clients and prospects to understand their needs and context The ability to own responsibilities end-to-end and operate with a high degree of autonomy The ability demonstrates strong judgement, consistency, and accountability The ability to meaningfully contribute to problem solving Intermediate level knowledge of PowerPoint and CRM Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Exceptional verbal and written communication skills A mindset that values every task, big or small Hybrid/remote setting—In office Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday remote. We provide a competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus to commensurate with your experience, skills, and qualifications. The base salary range for this position starts at $100,000 to $130,000 for senior associate level, and $125,000 to $150,000 for manager level. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of 20 to 25% of the base salary. Benefits and Perks
