Develop and execute a 3rd-party to 1st-party growth marketing strategy grounded in clear KPIs, structured testing, and continuous optimization
Map, analyze, and optimize the end-to-end user journey, grounded in a deep understanding of customer motivations and behavior
Partner cross-functionally with product, platform, YouTube, and social teams to ensure intentional, conversion-focused integrations and seamless user journeys
Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, gaps, and risks, and take action
Build and maintain a prioritized experimentation roadmap to improve engagement and conversion over time
Provide clear, consistent reporting on performance, insights, and strategic opportunities to stakeholders
What You’d Do In This Role As the Marketing Manager, you'll be the dedicated marketer for Ask Ramsey, a free tool that's becoming a key entry point into the Ramsey ecosystem. You’ll own how people discover, engage with, and return to the Ask Ramsey product, building a scalable marketing engine that turns third-party attention into meaningful first-party relationships.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll work closely with product and highly technical, AI-focused teams, helping shape how the product shows up across key channels and how users move from awareness to action. You’ll think like an owner, not just an executor, setting strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and driving measurable results through testing and optimization.
You'll bring a strong understanding of evolving customer psychology and cognitive empathy, seeking to understand not just what users do, but why they do it. This insight will shape how we meet people in the right moments with relevant, helpful experiences that build trust and drive action.
You’re Probably a Match If
You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing, with a strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and customer journeys
You bring a high level of agency and critical thinking
You have experience driving acquisition and conversion from third-party platforms into owned digital products or experiences
You understand how audiences behave on YouTube, social media, and podcasts, with a focus on performance and conversion
You have a strong grasp of customer psychology and bring a mindset of cognitive empathy to how you approach marketing and user experience
You're fluent in data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.) and use insights to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities
You have experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and channel teams
You're comfortable working alongside technical teams building AI-driven products
You're energized by continuous optimization, including testing, learning, and improving the user experience
